Objective

Manage the pre-sales, deployment and support requirements of customers in the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Main Duties/Responsibilities

o   Work with current and prospective clients to understand their requirements, and to coordinate with the sales team to provide well defined scope and estimates required as part of the pre-sales process.

o    To design and articulate IAM solutions in oral and written form that is in-line with customer requirements.

o   To deploy each solution and provide detailed documentation during each customer engagement.

o    To provide post-sales support as well as consultation to customers.

Our Requirements
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for application security solutions. Both experienced candidates and those interested may apply if they fulfill the following prerequisites:

o   At least one year's experience in any of the following IAM products from Oracle, IBM, CA, or ActivIdentity. Multiple product knowledge is advantageous.

o   Completed at least three IAM projects with integration to most of the following systems, namely: AD, LDAP, Lotus Mail, MS Exchange, SAP, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft SA, J2EE and NET web applications.

o   Working knowledge of integration and authentication methods used by J2EE and .NET based web applications.

o   Experienced in setting up, configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory and LDAP installations.

o   Working experience in Java and C for 3^rd party customization on any of the above-mentioned IAM products.

o   Working experience in scripting using any of the above-mentioned IAM product's proprietary language.

o   A self-learner who is highly initiated, professional, results oriented, a team player, persevering and committed to customer satisfaction.

o    Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and communication skills.

o    University or Polytechnic graduates in any relevant discipline.

o    Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
