Position: Business Development Manager

Educational Qualification: MBA preferably in Marketing / IT / Systems.

Year of Exp: 3 – 5 years

Job Description:

• The candidate will be a part of our business development and will help the company to grow.
• He/She would be responsible for marketing,
• Lead generation / making proposals / follow ups/ attending meetings /understanding their requirement and proposing them for suitable solution /negotiating and finalizing deals/ coordinating with project manager /achieving targets
• Exploring new potential areas for business development
  Introduce new & innovative programmes & other strategies to secure business.
  Pre and post sales follow-ups

Desired Profile:

• MBA from reputed institute with 3 to 6 years experience in marketing of BPO and IT services, web design and development services and E-learning projects.
• Incumbent must be proficient to create new business opportunities & also able to set up and give product demos, presentations, etc.
• Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to manage all functions of sales & marketing.
