Engineer - Customer Care
(Mumbai)
Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of products
- Handling breakdown calls and periodic preventive maintenance
- Technical Demonstrations of products
- Timely renewal of maintenance contracts
- Achieving service revenue targets
- Building excellent relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology Computer / Telecommunication, Industrial Electronics or equivalent.
- Hardware knowledge and hands on experience in troubleshooting of Office automation products preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional customer handling capabilities may also apply.
- 3 Full-Time position available.
- Salary Package : Rs. 100,000/- onwards
