The ASP.Net Developer will also design and develop the SQL Server database components including schema, performance tuning, data access methods and stored procedures. This person will create, enhance and support requirements for the web application. This person must work well in an agile environment with agile processes .This person will also design database schemas, business rules and access methods for SQL Server alongside building, deploying and maintaining web application and services. This ASP.Net Developer will also be responsible in tuning the performance of web application and database while following the best practices to ensure stability and safety of data and application.

This role will be very dependent on the strength of the candidate presented.  This is not a development manager role but the candidate should have leadership skills.  They will not only be a hands developer but also be able to work closely with the 2 overseas teams.  Reviewing code, making recommendations. providing documentation, working closely as an Architect or with an Architect.  Once the individual understands the inner workings of the system and the team, management would expect this person take on a Team Lead role.  This is very much a coding role.
