1. Designation : Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

No. of positions: 1

Essential Requirements & Job Profile: -

Environment

  • Understand the Market and the Technology Trends.
  • Map the competition for the product lines handled.
  • Define the Product Roadmap.
  • Liaise with R&D & Follow up on Product Development stages with Manufacturing e.g. Certifications ( TEC in India and other for Intl. Business).
  • Product Features and Prioritization for R&D based on Market & Customer Needs.
  • Liaise with other teams like Tech & Marcom for Brochures and Sales Collaterals like ppts, web-site updating.
  • Product readiness for roll out ie sales, Pre-sales and technical training.

Business Development & Mgmt

  • Go to Market Plan for the products – i.e. application notes, target markets & strategy to reach the tgt mkts.
  • Carry the Revenue Nos for the product lines through All India Sales Team.
  • Liaise with Sales to ensure correct inventory levels.
  • Support the Sales Team for High Value /Large Cases.
  • Presentations and Participations in Trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Analyze the sales trends of the products and action points to maintain desired business objectives.

Education: B.E. (Electronics / EXTC / Computers), MBA desirable.
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Salary: Upto 4 - 6 lakhs p.a.
Industry : Information Technology.
Profiles outside: Business Manager, Pre-Sales, Product Manager



2. Designation :Account Managers / Business Development Managers:

Locations: Mumbai (4 positions), Indore (M.P) (1 position), Rest of Maharashtra (To be based at Pune) (1 position), Ahmedabad (1 position).

Qualification : Graduate; MBA preferred.

Job Profile & Pre Requisites:

· Positioning SCS, LAN, WAN, Security and IP Telephony solution.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written coupled with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.

· A high degree of professionalism, eagerness to learn and good manner with clients.

· Prospect, identify and close business.

Experience : 3 to 7 Yrs of direct selling experience in networking sales.

3. Designation : Channel Reseller Manager:

Location: Mumbai (3 Positions), Ahmedabad (3 positions), Pune (2 positions), Indore (M.P.) (2 positions)

Education:

Ø Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience: 2 – 4 years Channel Sales Experience.

Key Skills: Good Interpersonal skills, Good Analytical skills.

Job Description:

Job involves managing channels in the region for complete range of D-Link products.

  • Manage Tier – II and III and reseller channels for Mumbai market.
  • Ensure maximum brand visibility and sale in assigned territory.
  • Gather competitor data and communicate information and suggest specific counter competitive pricing actions.
  • Ensure proper implementation of channel programs and schemes in assigned territory.
  • Conduct reseller training

Salary Scale: 3 to 5 lakhs p.a. CTC.

Other Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Interest in Networking components and hardware.

- Posses a high level of Initiative and strong Customer Focus.

- Familiarity with MS office and Internet applications desired.

4. Designation: Sales - Exports:

Location: Mumbai (4 Positions)

Education:

Ø Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience: 2 – 4 years Channel Sales experience.

Key Skills: Good Interpersonal skills, Good Analytical skills.

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop International markets.
  • Obtain channel information for these markets
  • Establish contact with the channel
  • Set up own channel
  • Service customer in future
  • Achieve sales targets

Salary Scale: 3 to 5 lakhs p.a. CTC.

Other Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Interest in Networking components and hardware.

- Posses a high level of Initiative and strong Customer Focus.

- Familiarity with MS office and Internet applications desired.
