Position: Senior Java Programmer(s)

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of the development team deploying Java based business solutions, including development / implementation of content management based solutions. They must have solid, verifiable development skills, be self motivated and customer focused, with the ability to follow through on all engagements. The role is “hands-on” with the ability to work with a cross-functional team, to juggle priorities in a dynamic and multiple projects environment, and to communicate well with clients and peers (excellent verbal / written communication skills). Maintain quality standards while performing due diligence with every project Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity Work well under time constraints Present creative and effective solutions to a variety of challenges

Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related IT field At least 5 years hands-on working experience in Java / J2EE technologies REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience with Java, JSP, JavaBeans, Servlets and Javascript Good understanding of MVC architecture Hands-on working experience with HTML, XML and Object Oriented methodologies. Experience in SQL (MySQL, Oracle, DB2 an Advantage) and Unix Preference to those with skills in J2EE, Struts, Websphere and Solaris Must be detail oriented,Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of Content Management Solutions a plus
