Lead ASP.Net Developer in Philadelphia, PA

I am looking for a Lead ASP.Net Developer 3.5 for one of my client. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation will not be constraint for right candidate. The job is contract type (6+ months). Relocation assistance will not be provided.

The candidate must have experience in Web Services. Other required technical skills are: ASP.NET 2010/2008, C#, .NET 3.5, very strong WCF knowledge. SQL Server 2005/2008. Stored procedures, PL/SQL & very good Lead experience. He must be able to lead a team of 30-40 developers. Previous team-lead experience is must. Candidate must have a total of 8+ years of experience. The candidate must have good communication skills.
