REQUIRED SKILLS
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree least 4 years of IT-related work experience
in SharePoint Development using Web Parts.
Proficiencies in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) or SharePoint object model/API is required.
Strong experience using style sheets and implementing custom web parts and other programs that leverage the SharePoint object model.
Strong written and verbal communication skills plus the proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Must be process oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the implementation and customization of the Corporate SharePoint software.
Software development, to include planning, prototyping, developing, and deploying enterprise-wide MOSS web parts and applications.
Provide consultation and guidance in applying collaborative technologies to solve business problems.
Provide second level technical support for SharePoint via work order system.
Ensures the preparation and implementation of functional specifications, design documentation, program code, software selection, software configuration, project tasks, test plan review and user documentation.
