Our thirty year old financial services Client is just now in the early stages of a complex multi-year enterprise technology transformation. Specifically, we are looking to speak with Team Leads and Junior/Senior C# .NET SQL Developers with solid experience in driving and delivering highly complex projects within a demanding financial services setting. Compensation fully commensurate with what a top tier Developer would expect. These are full time roles and candidates must have appropriate visa status to work for any employer in the US.
We are interested in speaking with professionals who have solid and demonstrable .NET, MSSQL experience and who are comfortable with general application architecture and design. Familiarity and experience with common architecture/design patterns and .NET best practices is key as this role places significant emphasis on mentorship that results in the development of excellent technologies and technologists. Opportunity is in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

- 5+ years of professional development experience
-Significant experience development software using C#, WCF, MSSQL, etc.
-SDLC fluency – *Code Level Design: functional decomposition and use case realization, apply design patterns, deliver UML class diagrams and sequence diagrams, etc. *Implementation - .NET development in C#, SQL: use LINQ, ASP .NET with AJAX controls, LINQ, WCF, etc.*Stabilization – diagnostics and troubleshooting, bug fixing, etc.
