· Strong project leadership and mentoring skills
· Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with the business and IT community.
· Presentation skills both in delivering presentations and in creating presentations using Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.
· Strong ability to create accurate estimates for the work to be completed.
· A strong ability with a background that demonstrates the ability to create, update and accurately monitor work plans based on estimates, timelines and completion rates.
Strong background with experience and high level of skill in design, coding and testing skills utilizing the following technologies:
