Software Developer – Financial/Analytics, Portfolio Development

International Financial Firm is hiring a Senior Software Developer with a strong knowledge of C#
and object-oriented design and development. Qualified candidate must have experience developing
multithreaded, distributed, n-tier applications using Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio 2005/2008. One
also needs a strong knowledge of derivatives modeling and pricing concepts and have a minimum of
three (3) years industry experience as a Software Developer, in a financial or analytics environment
with derivatives domain knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Develop financial and analytics functionality in software applications in accordance with
customer and internal requirements
Write business and technical specifications
Perform software design, coding and unit testing
Work independently with supervision
Communicate with other team members as required
Provide 3rd tier customer support as required

Skills needed:

Solid mathematical background (Probability, Statistics, Random Processes)
Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle
Excellent communication skills
Interest in the financial markets and related technology
Knowledge of derivatives modeling and pricing concepts

Education Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical
Finance or equivalent. Masters degree is preferred.
