Description:
VB.Net/SQL Server Developer who can support small existing custom system. Job requires both user interface and database skills. Work will include both production support and new development. This role requires the ability to work independently and to be able to accurately estimate development time. Candidate must be very thorough and have exceptional unit testing skills. Balancing multiple tasks against priorities is also a requirement. Must be able to effectively troubleshoot someone else*s code.
Required Skills:
VS2008 VB.Net developer with web programming skills
Very Strong with Winformuser controls
Experience with multi-tiered application development
ASP.Net skills a plus
XBAP or Silver Light, WPF or similar
Excellent knowledge of SQL2005:
Database table/index creation Views
Stored procedures
Insert/Update and delete
Batch Control Program and data load experience from outside sources
Pharmaceutical experience a plus.
