Full time SharePoint Administrator in Florham Park, New Jersey, NJ

Position is located in the Bergen County NJ area with a growing, stable corporation.
The compensation package is competitive + Bonus.

SharePoint Administrator

 (prefer as many as possible – all not required)

Will be a lead in SharePoint 2007 administration using Central Admin and STSADM, and have responsibility for the security, configuration, maintenance, and development of company SharePoint Sites and Content Management.  This person will work with internal clients and IT to create and implement systems needed for document management, workflow and document management

Note: position is open to be filled at a junior to senior level skill set.

Technical Skills:
Experience administering MS Office SharePoint Server 2007
Proficient with SharePoint Designer, Develops custom applications
Manages Site Columns, Content Types, Lists, Libraries, Authorizations, Sites, Search, Workflows, Custom Pages, Web Parts, InfoPath Forms etc.
Implements and maintains audiences, role-based permissions and taxonomies
Creates documentation, designs code-reviews, builds and tests high quality solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for requirements gathering and change management
Designs, develops and tests applications to automate and streamline business processes
Coordinates with network engineering, business applications and DBAs
Manages SharePoint Servers and Databases
Coordinates and performs backups and restores of SharePoint sites as needed.
Coordinates and supports development teams and AD administration in SharePoint projects
Develops, documents and maintains maintenance plans

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Must have 2-5+ years of experience and knowledge in SharePoint Server 2007 administration and design
Experience with security administration, web parts, templates, forms, content types, and workflows
Ability to design and implement custom web parts and applications
Experience in SharePoint server Management, support and troubleshooting
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Proven ability to understand a customer's needs
Ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives
Excellent communication skills relationship building skills with ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
Ability to absorb and retain new information quickly and accurately.
Highly self motivated and directed.
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage up
Keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Provides quality on-time delivery, Ability to adapt to change
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to lead others as needed
Desired with flexibility:
 SharePoint 2007 Visual Studio, C# or Visual Basic
UI design/development skills
Demonstrated success on large and complex projects
