Overview
Our long term Federal client a financial regulator for banking institutions is looking for SharePoint Developer / Administrator – Washington, DC. The primary focus is to partner with the business analysts, users and management to design and develop both internal and external SharePoint MOSS 2007 based applications that are consistent with enterprise capabilities and vision. This is a long term opportunity.

Federal Project - Only Greencard & US Citizens!!

Responsibilities:
·         Participate in the design and development of both internal and external SharePoint MOSS 2007-based applications.
·         Work with end-users and business analysts to address issues, define requirements, design solutions and provide support.
·         Support the knowledge management function in their use of SharePoint 2007.
·         Help with overall MOSS 2007 architecture/design/administration  issues.
·         Provide technical expertise in evaluating and developing procedures and systems requirements that meet business needs
·         Building reports in SQL 2005/2008 Reporting Services using Report Builder or Visual Studio
·         Writing SQL stored procedures (T-SQL but Oracle is OK)
·         Infopath 2007 forms
·         Web services (desired/optional)
·         Work flow
·         Branding by customizing master pages (desired/optional)
·         Powershell scripting (desired/optional)
Required Skills:
·         6+ years of experience developing software for business applications
·         Solid MS programming skills
·         Strong working understanding of SharePoint MOSS 2007 design concept and implementation/migration, SharePoint, .NET 2.0/3.0, SQL Server, IIS, AD
·         Ability to work in a team-based environment with interactions with various business groups (technical and non-technical)
·         Bachelor's degree or higher
·         Strong communication skills

·         Installation/configuration/tuning/managing MOSS server farms
·         Backup/recovery and content deployment
·         Customizing MOSS enterprise search
·         SharePoint Designer development
·         SharePoint BPM

·         Business data catalog configuration
·         Integration of LOB (line of business data) into SharePoint
