Job Title: Programmer for Human Resources
Job Description:
Design, develop, test, release and support web based
applications using various technologies and while adhering to our system
standards and procedures. This will include various application
components, web interfaces, web services and database processes.
Work closely with other members of the team to ensure timely
completion of deliverables.
Attend meetings as necessary during the implementation process
and during development.
Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical
solutions, and make relevant recommendations to the team.
Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and
the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the
development team.
Qualifications:
4-6 years Development experience using .Net (required),
ASP.NET/C#, SQL server.
Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of systems development
life cycle.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and business
requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a
demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to
people at all levels in the department.
BS in computer science or related field, or significant
equivalent experience.
4 years minimum Web programming experience, including .NET and
ASP Will be required to migrate classic ASP to .NET
4 years minimum experience working with relational database
systems Microsoft SQL and a good working knowledge of SQL
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Experience of working in a group environment
Exposure to web content management systems
Ability to work independently
