·         Silverlight specialist

·         Solid capabilities with HTML and JavaScript

·         Unit testing



Skills Description/Technical Environment:

·         Very strong communications skills required

·         Ability to code to exacting standards

·         Enterprise portal experience/large scale website experience

·         Experience designing for global audience a plus

·         Compelling work samples

·         Experience with Java Script libraries (jQuery, extJS)

Let's please make sure that the candidates have good communication ability, we've had a lot of issues with developers who couldn't understand or get their point across.


Another priority is that they be able to create UIs exactly to specification in term of aesthetics - splatting components on the screen is not good enough, especially for this project - the client has made requests such as moving tooltips over by 2 pixels.
